✦ HOW TO ORDER A COMMISSION

Usually I prefer to use Telegram (@bittobanboo) or Discord (bittobanboo) to receive orders. I will always announce a commission batch in my Twitter and Bluesky profile.
Once I have slots open, contact me on there and we can discuss about your commission! (Still following my ToS)Advance updates about openings are posted on my Telegram Channel.

✦ PAYMENT PROCESS

● Commissions are done via PayPal and in USD or EUR.● Invoice is sent once the summary is discussed and approved by the client. The payment is 50% in approval and 50% once sketch's finished.

✦ DRAWING PROCESS

Once the first payment is received, I'll start to sketch the art ASAP.

I'll send images of the work in progress (WIP) and waiting for feedback and approval of the client.

The client has the right to ask for major changes during the sketch phase. After this phase, heavy changes are required an additional payment.

The time to finish the piece will depends on the complexity and from how occupied I am. I can take from 1 week to 3 months.

I'm not available to contact on the weekends.

✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

By commissioning me, you agree with the following terms:

CAN DRAW ✅

● OCs
● Fan art
● Basic props (objects, instruments, etc)
● NSFW (Will be talked if it's something I am comfortable making or not)
● Various body types, including fat, muscular (bara) and thin.

WON'T DRAW ❌

● Cubs, feral, gore, and anything that makes me uncomfortable
● Highly detailed backgrounds
● Robots, mecha and elaborately designed clothing
● Art to promote hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, etc
● Extreme fetish art (scat, amputation, torture, etc)

I have the right to deny any type of commission that I don't feel comfortable.

✦ IMPORTANT TO KNOW

1. Refunds
- Full refunds are available before the first WIP submission.
- After the work has begun, partial refunds may be discussed, depending on progress.
- No refunds once the art is completed.2. Art Use
You are completely allowed to use your commission to personal use only, still providing credits. The client can't reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for profit without prior agreement.3. Artist Respect
Do not remove my watermark from the piece nor modify / trace / repost any of my works.4. Commission's Privacy
All copyrights belong to the artist, which will include the right to post any comission piece and WIP on artist's social medias, carrd and trello. (If you prefer it to not be posted, please let me know in advance.)5. Client's References
Client must send as much as references and description they can for better visualization of the piece.6. AI Use
Do not use any of my art (commissioned or not) in AI training/generating.
